Mable Swan Manor: A retirement center exterior repair and repaint. Corrective action included concrete parapet weather seal to stop further eroding of concrete surfaces; Cleaning preparation of existing coatings; Specialized scaffold rigging and safety measures were incorporated for worker and tenant safety. Application included two coatings of acrylic latex finish with elastomeric sealant on concrete cap sections.

Mexican Restaurant: Multi-color design layout incorporated numerous deep accenting tones to catch the eye of anyone passing by. Interior rich ethnic colors adding flare to stimulate personal taste.

 

Providence Medical Center: Interior painting- wallpapering and specialty coatings applied, while keeping in tune with operational hospital needs.

Comprehensive Mental Health: A working facility getting total renovation throughout. Interior paint coatings, new wallpaper, specialty accented maple woodwork interiors. Exterior when completed will have a graffiti barrier to off-set vandals and ensure the customers newly applied DRI-VIT Stucco will look as if it was just done.
